    Exhibit: “Block & Stitch”
    Tripp Heritage Museum - Prairie du Sac   (Directions)

    For a limited time, rare and unusual textiles make an appearance as part of the Midwest Fiber Arts Trail. Take in the rich detail of an 1888 Sauk County Christian Temperance Union quilt top demanding, “The Saloon Must Go!” Enjoy the story behind a newspaper dress “Antiques Roadshow” claims is worthy of the Smithsonian. Travel from Germany to Sauk City with Mrs. Leuders through her 1840s traveling cloak. 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Tuesdays, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday-Saturday and by appointment in the Mueller Gallery.   • Taliesin Preservation offers a variety of tours of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Wisconsin home and studio on the Taliesin estate. Advance reservations strongly recommended. Tours begin and end at the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and features the Taliesin Bookstore and Riverview Terrance Cafe. 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. daily.
